Returns. We endeavour to package goods carefully that will offer protection during the shipping of your goods. Chikii will return any item that contains accidental fault. Chikii must authorize any product return (prior to the goods being returned to us) by contacting us by email info@chikii.com.au or by telephone. Once contacting us and the goods have been authorized for return, the goods must be received within 14 days with the items in their original condition as it was posted together with proof of purchase (chikii invoice showing date of purchase ). The shipping costs for authorized replacement goods will be paid for by Chikii.
Shipping. Flat rate of only $5.00 for all orders in Australia. Wholesale orders will be charged according to the weight and the delivery process. All orders are securely packaged and padded to ensure all products are protected and arrive in perfect condition.
How long will my package take to get to me?
Within Australia- If for any reason your products that you choose are not available immediately we will inform you. Most of our products are hand made fresh to order, we do not keep large amounts in stock as we think that the product that you purchase should be fresh and with a full shelf- life.
Usually your products should arrive within 3-7 working days. Most orders do arrive before our conservative time frames. We will email you if there is any delay. We also email you with your tracking code as all orders are registered.
International Orders- All international orders are shipped using airmail. Please allow 5-30 working days for delivery. If you choose Express Courier International shipping, we can obtain quotes for you and provide some options for you and we will email a full costing. Contact us with your needs.
